The walk across the Charles Bridge gave us a lovely view of Old Town. Like the rest of Prague, it was filled with colorful, elegant architecture—the more we looked, the more we realized how stunning many of the regular buildings actually were!
Once
across the bridge, one walked a few colorful blocks to find the center
of Old Town. The heart of Old Town was Staromestska Namesti, Old Town
Square. It was full of incredible sights, wonderful views, and great window
shopping.
The
famous clock in Old Town Square was always packed with tourists to watch
the animated figures on the hour. Viewing the sights in the evening was
even more lovely because of the colorful but subdued lighting.
